This notice is issued by Ramada by Wyndham Bursa Nilüfer (the Company) under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 to explain how personal data is collected, used, stored, transferred and protected.
Categories of personal data
Depending on the service and your interaction with us, processed data may include identity and contact information, accommodation and reservation details, payment information, CCTV and physical security records, vehicle registration information, internet access and device information, survey and form responses, and limited health information required in an emergency or for authorised health services.
Collection methods and legal grounds
Data may be collected verbally, in writing, visually or electronically through reservations, accommodation services, forms, correspondence, payment systems, security systems and legal or operational records. Processing is based on applicable law, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent.
Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed to provide accommodation and guest services, manage reservations and payments, communicate with guests, meet legal and contractual obligations, protect guest and public health, provide emergency assistance, maintain workplace and physical security, administer building and system access, operate information networks, and prevent or resolve legal disputes.
Transfers
Where permitted by law and limited to the stated purposes, data may be shared with authorised public bodies, professional organisations, legal and other advisers, insurers and healthcare providers, technology and operational service providers, suppliers, affiliates, auditors and regulatory authorities. International transfers, where applicable, are carried out in accordance with the safeguards and permissions required by Turkish law.
Your rights
You may apply to the Company to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met, object to certain automated results, and request compensation where unlawful processing causes loss.
